Custom or personalized items: All custom items

Return window: 14–30 days after delivery

Item must be:

unused,

in original condition,

and in original packaging

No returns

No refunds

unless:

item arrives damaged, (customer must opt-in for custom shipping)

wrong item shipped,

or a craftsmanship defect exists

This is very standard because handmade custom work cannot easily be resold.

Damaged items (Will not be liable for defective air plant if left in an unopened container for over 72 hours. Customer must get next day air shipping to for refund to be valid.)

Most businesses offer:

replacement,

store credit,

or full refund

Usually, customers must:

send photos within 24–72 hours of delivery.
